1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Medric Enterprises website at shop.medricenterprises.ca ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products & Parts

All parts sold are used / recycled unless explicitly stated as new. Parts are graded and described to the best of our ability. Medric Enterprises makes no warranty that a part will be compatible with your specific vehicle beyond the information provided in the listing. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify fitment before purchasing.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout. Payment must be made in full before shipping or pickup.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with prior authorization. Parts must be in the same condition as received and include the original packaging and documentation. Electrical components, special orders, and final-sale items are non-returnable. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

5. Shipping

We ship Canada-wide. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Medric Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Limitation of Liability

Medric Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of parts purchased on this Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the part in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
